Speed Gammon Time Settings

After playing 4 speed gammon matches in Rory's "Olympiad" last Sunday, I felt that I had little trouble making a move anytime I desired in 10 seconds, even when I cocked the dice once (noting the revised cocked dice rule). I'd be fine playing with 8 seconds as long as dice that land flat anywhere aren't cocked.

But this issue is that some players won't shake very well if at all.

7 seconds would simply be too fast.
