It's not so easy to check that the values given were the correct ones. Obviously, neither player can have access to the other player's numbers in advance. So how do you prove to your opponent that the numbers used during the game were the ones you selected in advance? I think you have to give the opponent an encrypted version of your numbers in advance, and then release the password after the game. Suspicious people won't necessarily trust the encryption algorithm. The more mathematically sophisticated you are, the less they will trust you.
