So the rolls I would pick out are: [64 62 61 54 52 51 43 42 41 31 21]

Whatever works, and running through all the numbers works for me, too, but I also find that

11 20 27 32 35 36

and

10 18 24 28 30

which are just counting combinations of 1,2,3,4,5 or 6 numbers, are useful sequences to know well and can be immediately applied to many positions.

All combinations: 11+9 = 20, + 7 = 27, + 5 = 32, + 3 = 35, + 1 = 36

Or, ignoring doublets: 10+8 = 18, + 6 = 24, + 4 = 28, + 2 = 30

And so:

Any 1 or 2 (20 numbers) blots except 11 22 and 23 so 20-4=16 numbers blot, plus 34 45 46 = 22 blotting numbers.

Or, ignoring doublets: any 1 or 2 (18 numbers) blots except 23 so 18-2=16 numbers blot, plus 34 45 46 = 22 blotting numbers.
