Backgammon Server - Ratings or Not

I have absolutely no interest in playing anonymous opponents that I know nothing about. In particular, I'm not going to waste my time playing fence posts and droppers. If I'm going to dedicate 20 minutes of my life to a match, I want to know 1) the player isn't going to drop when he gets behind and 2) that the player will offer enough competition to make the match interesting. I also like to track my progress (or lack thereof) with a rating.

I don't play for money, so take this opinion with that in mind.
