Probably, in Mike's 3-ply/XG roller rollout, White's getting to a more/better cube ever slightly more noticeably after 23/20 13/11, which seems sensible, since the play creates a third blot. But noting the cubeful difference of only 0.0106, the cubeful 95% confidence intervals of ±0.0022 and ±0.0023, that the 'cubeless' numbers favor 23/20 13/11 by 0.0019, and the ply settings, I'd call this one 'tied.'
