I also did not like this one, for several reasons. You usually get 4 shakes out of me, and then I launches the dice low but with a lot of forward energy so that they roll to the other end of the board. That seems as random as what is described here.

I would say that players need to ensure randomization during both shake and roll, and that in case of doubt, a monitor should be asked to sit at the match.
