Not quite right Phil. Let's say you have a 5 roll position with an EPC of 36. Oppt's point of last take is with an EPC of 38. The game would be roughly even money if oppt's EPC was 32. So when the oppt's EPC ranges from 32 to 38, his winning chances go from 50% to roughly 22%. Each pip in this range is worth 4.67%.
If you had a 7 roll position with an EPC of 50, oppt's POLT would be an EPC of 54 and the game would be pick-em if oppt's EPC was 46. So here each pip in the range is worth 3.5%.
This of course assumes a linear progression.
So the value of each pip is not constant since the number of pips in the range varies from case to case.
