What do you think of Blue's structures in the positions below ? Doesn't the first one look a little harder to develop than the others ?

You 60 Position ID: AACAYM4JAAAAAA Match ID: cAngAAAAAAAA Making the 4 point is good in general, but it is better when you do it with the right checkers. There can be other factors (making the point on the head of a White blot would be a big bonus) but here it is not as good as usual and good alternatives (making the 10 point or anchoring on the 20 certainly look sound) can easily override it
The same idea has probably an influence on the slotting plays here as well. You write the only alternative should be 24/20 13/7, with no mention of 24/20 10/4. Here again, you'd rather slot with the superfluous fourth man from the midpoint than with the useful-where-it-is blot on the 10 point.
