Take any 2-away, n-away score you know (best if n is at least 6, though) and multiply by 0.7868 to get the n+1 score. But unless you've been trained by Art Benjamin it's going to be tough to do 4 decimal place multiplications in your head.
It is interesting that these MEQ's are very nicely exponential. (Put values on a semilog plot -- or just do XY-plot in excel double click the vertical axis and checkmark the "logarithmic scale" box.)
I suspect there is a shortcut that's easier than multiplying by 0.7868. I'll play around a bit more.
