Bad Resignations show up in PR?

In Response To: Bad Resignations show up in PR? (rory)

My practice in this situation is to confirm with my opponent that they really want to resign and that has been playing w/o legal plays. If the opponent says yes to the confirmation then I believe it is ethical.
