One possible way is to figure out the pip counts needed for the following correct cube actions:

Racoon (cwp = 43% approx)

Raccoon (cwp = 57% approx)

Init Double (cwp = 65% approx)

Redouble (cwp = 68% approx)

Cash (cwp = 78% approx)

Knowing your actual pip count you could interpolate to get a rough estimate of winning chances - my guess would be the accuracy would generally be within +/- 3%. Note the cwp values (cubeless winning percentage) are for a fairly short race. For longer races the initial double and redouble points could be higher by 2-3%.
