When it comes to cubing errors, you should be able to get some help from XG. Go to "Profile results" under the "Players" menu. Then look at "Detail". Here you will see an overview of your lost equity. I see that I loose most of my cubing equity on "Missed doubles". This tells me that I have a tendency to double too late. I try to think about this when playing matches, and have become much more aware of the problem and tend to double earlier now than I normally would.
