13/11(2) blocks his impending advanced anchor (that's the pessimistic view -- "brings down two builders for our 5-point" is the optimistic one :).

24/20 not only spreads out our back checkers, preparing to advance them, but also gives good coverage of both of opp's homeside quadrants. (Note it doesn't volunteer TMP, either.)
