No QF here, just an interesting 61 to play

The candidates I'd consider seriously would be:
1. Hit, with 10/3*. There are a couple of other hitting plays but I wouldn't consider them seriously.
2. Prime, with 13/7 8/7 or 13/7 10/9. I like 13/7 10/9 better because of the duplication of 4's to hit and cover.
3. Play safe, with 13/6. We're ahead in the race so there's something to be said for playing safe. But I don't like it that much. Our forward position is strong and we'd like to leverage that asset.
When to prime and when to attack in this sort of position is something that I still have considerable trouble with. I would probably play 10/3* OTB since White has just one checker back and we have the stronger board. Also our gammon value is elevated ATS. But, 13/7 10/9 should win more games because making the six-prime pretty much locks things up.
