I agree. With few material upfront against many checkers back, work on key points only and don't get into hitting contests in your homeboard because you lack the material to win the hitting contest. The more so when outboarded, when 6s from the bar play well for your opponent, and all checkers sent back may soon be behind a 4-prime.
