How much does 6/4* hurt White and how much does it help Blue? Then ask "how much does the (likely) return hit hurt Blue?"

23/21 gets that checker in better position to escape. 13/11 brings down a valuable builder which happens to be pretty safe given the duplication of hitting and covering 6's.

Just doing a quick flashbulb look at Blue's position, the lack of homeboard points stands out. 13/11 seems like an inexpensive way to try and remedy this sore spot.
