A. Iīd give a clear official warning to both players. No match, when clearly indicated, can be made longer or shorter, even if both players agree on it.
B. If the match doesnīt hold up the tournament (trailing round in the bracket, etc.), Iīd accept the 9 point result as an exception and life goes on.
C. If this is discovered during an ongoing match... C1) in case of a trailing round (see above), the first player reaching 7 is declared winner C2) in case it doesnīt hold up the schedule, I let them exceptionally finish to 9 if they both agree, giving them an official warning. And in case they donīt agree, I propose they roll for playing and finishing to 7 or to 9 and if they still donīt agree with this ruling, I hand the case over to the Ruling Committee.
