I agree with you and MCG. All this talk about playing below 2.0 on average detracts from appreciating the play of those that come close. My guess is that breaking the 2.0 on average barrier is very difficult and certainly has not been done yet.

If someone would offer me 10 million USD and 2 years of studies with all living expenses paid, I am sure I myself would not break this threshold (not close), and I am a reasonably smart guy.
