I've always maintained (rightly or wrongly) that when one has a limited numbers of builders (as when you own two deep opp points) that you should be even more inclined to make the important homeboard points. That rules out 2*(2) for me, and even 13/3*.

The pure 13/7, 13/9 just seems to invite getting sent back and playing some kind of backgame/double-point-holding-game with questionable timing. We might end up there anyway, but I think I'll try the mundane:
