At the risk of hearing "it's too late...", is it possible to locate the board (i.e. in a different part of the room) and/or the camera (maybe just change the camera angle) so that no matter where the dice are on the board, they aren't specularly ("mirror-like") reflecting the ceiling lights? (You know, "angle of incidence equals angle of reflection.")

Frosted dice would help but I don't know anyone who possesses these, and having witnessed the irrationality of many players, after getting dice-waxed they'd probably come to the faulty conclusion that the dice weren't rolling random numbers....
