Yes.

I would probably spend more time deciding on the actual slotting play as opposed to whether or not to slot at all. 13/9, 13/10 leaves 16 shots but is the fastest way to make the 9-point and fastest way to the full prime. Nice consolation prize is that when White hits, Blue has anchoring chances.

13/9, 13/10

Interesting(?) play for White if s/he rolls 33 after Blue makes any slotting play.
