New U.S. Rules ratified

In Response To: New U.S. Rules ratified (Gregg Cattanach)

In the clock rules, bronstein clocks only is specified. Does this mean that other types of clocks are not allowed or is that director disgression?

Thank you Gregg and the other directors for a thorough review of the old rules and updating of the rules. I will be incorporating them in my local club tournaments.
