(Hope your tongue is out of your cheek.) I'm thinking this is a good place for our multilingual posters to help. I guess your implication is that "second-chance/2nd-chance" is two words. I recall Chiva uses "fighter's bracket" for a similar but not identical format (fighter's bracket winner enters into semifinal match of Main) and that's one word but two syllables. :)
AFAIK, weekend tournaments with 2nd chance (in the US, anwyway) typically have a "3rd chance" bracket for those with two losses called "consolation" since consolation winner has no way to compete for the 1st prize trophy. Here I'm (obviously) distinguishing between single elimination vs. double elimination where in the former the winner is always undefeated whereas in the latter, the winner has 0 or 1 loss and everyone else has 2 or more losses. Michigan Summer Championships display the prototype (but not unique) classic US 2nd double elimination format. LA/California Champs have another version.
