New U.S. Rules ratified

In Response To: New U.S. Rules ratified (Daniel Murphy)

Butch Meese told me a while back that there are some players who would not allow their matches to be recorded. I can think of two (not necessarily defensible) reasons: 1) they have some exclusive knowledge they don't want others to figure out; 2) they don't want their errors broadcast -- an ego thing.

I also recall that Butch said their wishes were upheld.
