Playing Under a 2.0 in the Near Future

I couldn't agree with you more on most of the points you made. However, when I was accused of cheating for playing a 2.3 or whatever it was these were the basic conditions. I myself have tried to point out the vast difference in what I've outlined for the bet and what is meant in general by playing a 2.0 PR or under. Still, even with this information people have flat out said here on the forums that it was impossible. They said they'd put up six and seven figures under these exact conditions and that nobody was near doing it.
They also claimed that money as a motivation was not what was keeping someone from doing it. That if it could have been done it would have been done already. I'm here to say that money at this point would be probably my only motivation and just because something hasn't been done by someone doesn't mean someone couldn't do it. Now this analogy isn't all it's cracked up to be because nobody has been able to average under a 2.0 but for me personally it rings the same. Right now I'm not a 5.0 tennis player nor do I ever foresee when I will be. That doesn't mean I don't want to be nor that I couldn't, it only means I don't have the motivation. If someone wanted to put up $XXXX to bet against it it would be done.
Getting results of the games during the session (emphasize the point above, you will know when to bring an end to a session)
I wouldn't have to have the results of the session. Also, as cleared up elsewhere, there would be a set number of predetermined games and once I played game number whatever the bet would be over.
Playing without a clock (in real life, you cannot take as long as you wish to, and even take breaks in the middle of a game)
Yes, you still can in tournaments in the US. There would be no breaks allowed in the middle of a game.
Playing without a live proctor (or live spectators)
I am fine with a live proctor. As for the other points as I've said, those are the conditions I played in and was ragged on for the first time around. I was told I couldn't do it then so don't tell me I can't have it that way now.
I'd be interested to hear what you think would be the PR target should be for you to beat, if the conditions were those I have outlined above, instead of your in my view more artificial ones?
That is very hard to say. The more and more I play the more I think players like myself should be deviating from bot play. That alone should jack up your PR quite a bit. If I started fresh now and was asked what my ideal realistic PR average would be in live play as you outline it I'm going to take a wild ass guess and say just below a 3.
