Nactation — Why 7/1* cannot be nactated in the H (Hit) family

Blue is Player 1XGID=-a-BBBBBAb--bB--bA-dbA-b--:1:-1:1:51:0:0:3:0:10 Blue to play 51 My Nactation error gives me an excuse to explain one of the nuances of the H (Hit) family.
This applies in the H (Hit) family on a roll of non-doublets. When you can make a hit using only one of your dice, the other die must be played down. That is, it must be played to or within the outer board. Exceptions are allowed when a play that makes a single loose hit is completely forced, and when entering from the bar.
In the position above, the hit can be made using only one die, by moving 6/1*. After that, the other die must be played down, 8/7. The only play in the H (Hit) family is:
H (Hit) = 6/1*, 8/7
This is a play that is so obviously wrong that you can probably get away with using H for 7/1*. Few will be confused, and you can claim you are using assumptive Nactation.
A better way to nactate 7/1* is to put it in the A (Attack) family. Moves in the Attack family jump over the bar into the inner board with one die, and move completely within the inner board with the other. Here, you can jump the bar with the 5, and then continue on, hitting with the 1.
A (Attack) = 7/1*
For more information about the H (Hit) family, see my post entitled Nactation — Clarifying the H (Hit) family.
