In Response To: transcriber agreement from USBGF (Timothy Chow)

There is no contradiction as far as I can see as the video is in the public domain but the match transcription by our volunteer, staff member or contractor into XG and onto our site is not in the public domain and that is what I deem to be our "intellectual property".

Are you saying that this we have no right to make an agreement with someone to do this for us , and not to distribute what he has done for us elsewhere? That is the essence of what this point is about.
