In terms of a match transcription that simply means it can't be replicated the way it appears on our site.

Others can make a transcription of the same match from streaming and use it in any way they choose and that would not constitute an infringement on our rights.

And how do you distinguish the former from the latter? Looks like a tough problem to me.

And you can't copyright match transcriptions anyway (at least for chess it is the case and I don't see a difference to BG)

You may decide to not make them not available for not members, that is obviously your right, but copyright? You may ask a lawyer.

BTW just a thought.... I just wonder how successful Google might have been if they have started with a similar model....
