transcriber agreement from USBGF

Others can make a transcription of the same match from streaming and use it in any way they choose and that would not constitute an infringement on our rights.

And how do you distinguish the former from the latter? Looks like a tough problem to me.

You could add a copyright-notice to "your" file. A separately transcribed file would not have it. (Nor would a copied file that illegally removed the notice, but at least this would need deliberate tampering).
