My proposal for an event combining PR and winning by score

Phil: I would prefer to see a completely different format. Instead of the tournament having one winner, have two winners: the one with the best record and the one with the lowest PR. If someone wins both, great.

So what happens in a match when one player wins on score, but the other wins on PR? Which player is eliminated?

Also: If a player is eliminated in an early round, perhaps after only one match, is he/she still eligible to win the PR trophy?
