Over the board, I would play 13/11(2) as well.

Looking for a QF alternative, the only thing I see is 11/10(2) 5/3. It’s a move that will require getting lucky if the midpoint is to be safely cleared later. On the plus side, stacking the 10pt instead of the 11pt makes it more likely that that point will be cleared without leaving a shot.
