Guan makes the cut, is the only amateur this year to do so (next closest is 4 strokes behind), and does so by surviving a 1 stroke penalty for slow play. BTW, he accepted the penalty with class. Nice when a 14-year-old can set a good example for many his senior (and not just in the game of golf).
