QF suggests it is wrong, but I would play U (Up) = bar/21. It leaves twos nicely duped, and there doesn't seem to be a strong alternative. Hitting, H = bar/24, 8/5*, leaves four blots with 1, 2, and 5 as hitting numbers.

Trailing in the race at DMP should making hitting better than it would be at normal match scores, but over the board I would likely not give it serious consideration.
