Interesting that I though 22/11 was the committal play -- committing to a backgame. (Also, I didn't see 16[2], which is certainly worth some thought.)

One thing I didn't consider enough is that failing to cover the 8-point doesn't mean Stick automatically hits there. Rolls without 5's and 6's keep that checker in our homeboard even when we leave the 8-point blotted.
