Trailing by 20 pips, stuck back on the deuce behind a 4 prime, this looks like it doesn't generate enough wins. Double, pass.

I think you didn't mention one important point - lack of 8pt for Blue.

Make 8pt with two spares from midpoint and this indeed looks like a pass. Without it, I would take as White.
