Choices appear to be 24/13 and 9/3*, 13/8. [IMO 9/3*, 6/1* is overusing the builder on the 6-point and 9/3*, 9/4 reminds me of the saying "don't bring a knife to a gunfight". :]

Magriel's SvB argues pretty strongly for hitting. That comes at the cost of giving up a decent outfield point, but if it works the 4-point is much better.

There may be some cube efficiency issues here but it seems that if Blue runs, he's trying to get into a racing/holding game and that isn't such a clear transition.

I'll go with Magriel's 1976 sentiment. 10/4*, 13/8.
