Actually, if you are using the newest version of GNUBG (thats the one I have at least), there is an optional set of predefined rollouts available - so you can save your quick rollouts to a button basically.

Outstanding new feature (quick n dirty = rollout a, etc). Just highlight the plays, click the button. Off it goes.
