In Response To: More than your typical QF problem (Caryl Stephanson)

"Equivalent Money Game" Equity. Values we typically use when discussing matches, e.g. "0.04 difference", Whopper (>0.10 worse than best play). The alternative for matches is Match Winning Chance Equity (MWC Equity) expressed in percent chances to win the match.

Money games are fairly standard (particularly because gammons count twice, always, as compared to matches where they can be very different in value). So by converting match decisions to money game situations, we use a common currency.
