This looks like ND,T to me. What figures to happen is that White anchors and Blue has a lot of work to come home with no outfield landing spots.

I haven't done an ME calc on this (I'm very rusty on those) but seem to recall that at 4A all, early (compared to $-game) cubes aren't particularly called for. Yes, a G wins the match but a redouble must be passed earlier so those things tend to compensate, I believe.
