Looks like D+T to me. 6-3, 6-5, and 5-4 by White give Blue a direct shot. That plus anchor vig plus (a bit of) racing vig should be enough for Blue to take. White can lose the market simply by adding a point without Blue anchoring.

There is some extra concern about gammon losses because of the score, but with only a two point board so far and not a lot of PoH'ers, I don't think this is enough to swing a money take into a matchscore pass.
