If my MEC is on, we need about 32% to take this. If my KC is on, we win this race close to that often. Problem is, Stick needs to miss before we can even think about racing. (In reality he'll have trouble turning this into a race, so if he misses we should win quite a bit more than 32%. But 23/36 hit and then we're farther below 32% than our hits leave us above it, and twice as often.)

If that simple argument is right we have a pass.
