Richard Munitz definitely deserves a mention. He wasn't on the giants list of 05. As for the rest, I have no idea. I haven't seen almost any of them play. And despite that, I still have a bias towards US players. Practically the only non-US players I know to be strong are Tardieu, Falafel, and Mochy.

Other guys not on the list: Marty Storer, Petko Kostadinov, Ray Fogerlund. From what I can tell, they're all pretty strong, although I have no idea if they're better than the top 32.
