I've been all but yelling at one guy on email for weeks...

Is this someone inside your company or outside, like a vendor who is supposed to be trying to make a buck off of you?

I'm constantly amazed when I call a company (i.e. they don't solicit me) to ask them to make something or sell me something. For crap sake, how easier could it be on those people?? Yet they either stonewall or for whatever reason (laziness) don't ever get me a quote. If the fact is that I'm too small for them, just say so and (preferably) tell me of someone who isn't. Like the truth will make me think poorly of them but stonewalling won't??!!
