Here's a real one, but a bit tougher

At last year's Michigan Summer Championships there were 91 players in the main event. The format is double elimination as follows:
Main bracket winner is in the finals and must lost twice (out of two) in order to get (merely) 2nd place.
Losing finalist in main falls into semifinals of 2nd chance.
Three other 2nd chance semifinalists come from deeper in the 2nd chance bracket.
2nd chance winner must beat first chance winner twice in order to be crowned champion.
2nd chance losing finalist receives 3rd place. 2nd chance losing semifinalists receive 4th/5th place (tie).
Everyone who doesn't make the above top five plays in a single elimination Consolation.
Question 1: How many matches are played?
Question 2: a) What is the record of the tournament winner? b) What is the record of the tournament runnerup? c) What is the record of other Consolation winner?
Note: none of these questions has a single unique answer -- each is a small set of answers and your assignment is to list all of the possibilities. (I did say it was "a bit tougher".)
