Blue has about three rolls to shake the six needed to escape before he has to tear up the board. At that point, white will need to roll a six herself to enter.

That's a tall order for white so I'd be inclined to pass as white. As blue, I'd take a shake and see what happens. If I fail to escape, that's when I'd ship it.
