What is the verdict on this new approach?

So, it appears we have something that beats Keith Count? Do the experts here agree? It certainly is about as easy or easier to use over the board.

I was a little confused and must read the article again, but with Keith, when you divide by 7 you round down. With this new approach, when you divide by 6, do you round down or use the actual with fractions?

With Keith, you can adjust the win percent by 2 percent for every pip within the 20 to 30 percent range. Is that also true of this method?

Would you use this for very short races instead of EPC? How does it compare to EPC for flat v. flat and rolls v rolls etc.?

What do we call this? ISight Method?

Bottom line, what's the verdict?

Lastly, who is Axel? What is his background? Is he a top player in Germany? Regardless, it is wonderful of him to share his studies and ideas.
