Gammon wins the match. The safe play leaves all builders on three points and a lot of bad rolls next time, though he could crunch slightly in the interim. I'm tempted to go for the kill with 10/1* looking for him to come in and crunch and, if he doesn't hit me, forcing the blot forward off the ace to ease my bear-in.
If he hits me he still has lots of work and I won't lose the match on the play.
Only mitigating circumstance is that opponent has been described as much weaker. Should I give him the opportunity for a great sequence?
10/1*.
