I want to keep our 4pt-prime, since this is an important asset. Furthermore, we will have an acceptable anchor if we play b/22. But what´s about the 5? 6/1 looks ugly and it creates avoidable wastage. I cast my vote for 13/8 as we retain some security by means of the anchor.
