Agree with most of the commentors who say it doesn't really matter. I've never bothered to change it from the default.
And I strongly agree with Bob that you should look at the moves you got right as well as the ones you get wrong. What I like to do if I have the time is step through the entire match and look at each decision and try to remember what I was thinking. If I got it right, great. If not, try to understand what the right way to think about it.
Then I like to take the biggest blunder and look at it in depth, trying alternative similar positions to see what features change teh result and which don't.
For analysis level, I use "World Class" for both players. Then XGR++ for the interesting plays and the errors.
