Tempo hit?

There are many opportunities of playing a tempo hit.
- 13/9, 6/3*,
- 24/20, 6/3*,
- and the double hit 6/3*, 6/2*.
13/10, 6/3* looks poor, since it disperses the checkers too much. 9/5, 8/5 is the only reasonable non-hitting play which appears quite reasonable to me. Yet, I prefer hitting. The pip count is very even, but Blue has fallen behind in development. White, however, has already made the strong silver point, and she intends to attack the blue straggler either by priming or, perhaps, by blitzing. White´s structure on her near side indicates that her favourite game plan will probably be priming, not blitzing. For these reasons, a tempo hit could be necessary, I guess.
Due to the upcoming priming attempts, I tend to play 24/20, 6/3* or the bold double hit 6/2*, 6/3*. I cannot see which move is better. Since the tempo aspects seem to be very important, I would like to play 6/2*, 6/3* which steals a full roll from White.
